Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription fees, refunds and cancellations work on IndiaSkil. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Nature of the service

Paid plans (auto-apply for seekers and employers) provide access to ongoing matching, automation and AI features. Once a subscription is activated, the corresponding compute, storage, AI usage, and operational costs are incurred immediately.

2. All sales are final

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days, partial months, missed opportunities, lack of interview calls, lack of hires, change of mind, account suspension for violation of our Terms, or any outcome of the matching and auto-apply features.

3. Limited exceptions

At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or credit only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You were charged due to a verified duplicate payment caused by us.
  • The Service was completely unavailable to your account for more than seven (7) consecutive days because of a confirmed defect on our side.
  • The request is submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the charge.

Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method, may take up to thirty (30) business days, and are net of any payment processor fees. Approval of a refund in one case does not create any obligation to grant refunds in other cases.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund any amount already paid. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Suspension & termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, you forfeit any remaining subscription period and are not entitled to a refund.

6. Price changes

Subscription prices are set by IndiaSkil and may be changed at any time. Changes apply to new purchases and renewals only and do not entitle existing subscribers to a refund.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us in good faith may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription period.
