- Profile data: headline, summary, location, skills, experience, photo, resume, links.
- Employer data: company profile, job posts, applicant decisions.
- Activity data: applications, saved jobs, messages, assessments, auto-apply logs.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, cookies, usage and diagnostics.
- Payment metadata: subscription requests, plan status, activation timestamps.
2. How we use data
- Operate, maintain and secure the Service.
- Match seekers and jobs, including auto-apply and AI-assisted recommendations.
- Communicate about your account, applications, subscription and updates.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Improve the Service through analytics and aggregated/de-identified insights.
3. Sharing
Profile information you publish (resume content, skills, experience) is visible to employers you apply to (manually or via auto-apply) and may be visible in search results within the Service. We share data with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, AI and communication providers strictly to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing
Content you provide may be sent to AI providers to generate resumes, cover letters, summaries and matches. By using these features you consent to such processing. Outputs may be stored to improve quality and reliability of the Service.
5. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, security, audit, billing and dispute-resolution purposes. Backups and logs may persist for additional limited periods.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security) appropriate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent.
