Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violating it may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any paid subscription, at IndiaSkil's sole discretion.

You agree NOT to

• Post false, misleading, plagiarized, discriminatory, defamatory or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person, employer, or recruiter, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Post fake jobs, MLM/pyramid schemes, or roles that violate labor or anti-discrimination laws.
• Solicit money, fees, deposits or personal financial information from candidates.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code or models.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, billing, or any access controls.
• Upload malware, exploits, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or build a competing product.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs without written permission.

Enforcement

IndiaSkil may investigate, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
